As the days and the light soften, Stephanie’s Autumn Soundbath on Sep 19 at 6pm can support your rejuvenation and renewal. Through the experience of being bathed in sound waves, you’ll gently let go of tension and reconnect with the steady vitality of your inner world—nourishing body and spirit. Let’s honor the transformative and freeing energy of the autumn season.

Join Andrea on Sep 20 at 2pm for a Fall Celebration: 108 Sun Salutations. With breath, movement, and sweat, we’ll actively practice releasing the ego with 108 sun salutations, followed by a brief yin/restorative pose and an extended savasana. You are encouraged to rest, and modifications will be offered. While this workshop is open to all, comfort with sun salutations is encouraged.

At Yoga District you won’t break the bank paying for classes… [There’s] a more relaxed and casual atmosphere at their studios, with students praising the positive environment. That is one of the many reasons Yoga District was voted the ‘Best Yoga Studio in D.C.'”

CBS

Yoga District staff and instructors are incredibly welcoming and kind… I love their variety of classes and locations. Since the pandemic they have made the switch to virtual classes so well – I hardly feel the difference. And they are affordable! I love their mission to make yoga accessible to everyone.”
